Licensed Athletic Trainer, Bryana Kudek, will dive into the benefits of walking, discuss the muscle groups used and share the importance of body maintenance and injury prevention.
This workshop will require some movement, but don’t be scared!! You will walk away with exercises that will help with overall movement, better your walking performance, and prevent injury too! That being said, please dress in comfortable “workout” attire.
