Kewaskum Public Library Food Drive

As the air becomes crisper and the leaves start to fall, we give thanks for friends and family, warm food and shelter! Unfortunately, not everyone has plentiful food and warmth, so we at the Kewaskum Public Library are looking ahead to November (Thanksgiving), when we all deserve to sit down to a nice hot meal. Please consider donating a food item to the library to help feed those in need this holiday season! For the month of October, each non-perishable item you donate, we will take $1 off of your fines (excluding fines for lost items)!

Suggested items are:

Instant mashed potatoes, canned yams, marshmallows, canned beans, rice, canned vegetables, canned soups, stuffing mix, broth (chicken and beef), cans or jars of gravy, pie crust and pie filling, pasta and pasta sauce, canned meat (tuna and chicken), peanut butter and jelly, macaroni and cheese, sugar and flour, muffin/cake/brownie mix, apple sauce, cereal, jell-o, pudding mix, 100% fruit juice
