If we do not have a form you need, we can print what you require for $0.15 a side if you know either the number or complete form name.

Kewaskum Public Library does not provide tax preparation assistance.

Federal and State Tax forms and instructions for 2023 filing have been ordered. When all have been received, we will put them out for the community. This could be several weeks. We will update our website and social media when received.

You may come in the library and print tax forms (not instructions) from one of our public computers if you don’t want to wait. There is a $0.15 printing fee per side.
