The Kewaskum Public Library is accessible to any resident of the state of Wisconsin. You do not have to live in Kewaskum in order to get a library card. We accept cards from over 30 other libraries in the Monarch Libraries system. To start the application process, click here
To get a KPL card you must:
- Live in Wisconsin.
- Have some form of ID that shows your current address (usually a driver’s license or state ID card).
- Be 16 or older OR have a parent or guardian come in with you to sign your card and the application form. We do not allow anyone under 16 to apply for a library card without a parent or guardian.
- Have no outstanding fines at other libraries in our System. Because we are linked with over 30 other libraries located across 4 counties, we are able to track your fine history from location to location. If you have LOST items or fines or fees over $5 at any library in our system, you may not get a new card until those problems are solved. You may pay for fines or return items to any system library.
